BasicsWhat is a mobile patch bar, exactly?
What happens at the table, how it differs from a hat bar or embroidery station, and why it travels so well.

Space, power, load-in timing, and the outdoor checklist — the page to forward to your venue.
Quick hits
How far does the bar travel?
OC, LA, and San Diego are home turf with no travel fee. Las Vegas and beyond carry a flat $900; true nationwide stops are quoted per trip. The earlier you book, the friendlier the routing.
How many guests can it handle?
Roughly forty hats per press per hour. We scale presses and crew to your headcount so the wait stays in the five-to-ten-minute range where the line feels like part of the fun.
Can guests bring their own items?
Usually yes — hats, totes, denim jackets, and most cotton pieces press beautifully. The crew checks materials first and will politely decline anything that can’t take heat.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to four weeks covers most stops with stock patches. Custom branded patches add about three weeks of production, so six weeks is the comfortable number for a fully branded event.
