Services

Everything the mobile patch bar brings to your event.

One booking covers inventory, equipment, crew, and the plan for keeping a line moving. Here’s the full kit, piece by piece.

Patches

Chenille, embroidered & leather

Varsity-style chenille letters, stitched emblem patches, and debossed leather badges. We help you pick a menu that photographs well and presses reliably on curved hat panels.

Custom art

Branded patch runs

Want your logo, event date, or an inside joke on the wall? We produce custom patches ahead of the stop — allow about three weeks from approved art to delivery.

Blanks

Hats, totes & more

Richardson 112 and Flexfit are the workhorses; dad caps, beanies, canvas totes, and denim jackets round out the table. We size the order to your guest count so you’re not stuck with boxes.

Equipment

Press stations

Compact hat presses sized for booth work. Each press handles roughly forty guests an hour once the line finds its rhythm; bigger crowds get a second or third press.

Personal touch

Laser engraving desk

A tabletop laser adds names, initials, or dates to leather patches and straps in a couple of minutes. It’s the upgrade guests remember — and the one hosts request again.

People

Crew & line management

Every stop is staffed. The crew runs placement advice, press safety, restocks, and the gentle art of keeping a six-deep line cheerful.

What a booked stop includes

  • Load-in and build: we arrive 60–90 minutes before doors and set the full display — patch wall, hat table, presses, signage.
  • Live window: most stops run three to four hours of open bar time; fairs and multi-day booths are scoped by the day.
  • Restock buffer: we carry overage on hats and patches so hour three doesn’t look picked over.
  • Teardown: we’re packed and gone within the hour, and we leave the space the way we found it.

Want live shirt printing next to the patch bar? Merch Troop also runs full-color heat-press apparel stations, embroidery, and sticker printing — the patch bar plays well with all of them at larger events.
